So long and diverse was Leon’s life work, that one might think it was done by ten men. He established his own law firm, representing sports and show business personalities, then became an adviser to US Senator Hartke, served as counselor to US President Jimmy Carter, created and hosted the “Leon Charney Report”, authored five books, and was a devoted Jew, philanthropist, and Zionist.
